My mission is to coach each client to define and achieve personal and professional goals that may help them realize a life of clarity and purpose and therefore experience more success and joy in life.
I hold a safe space for my clients where confidentiality and nonjudgmental acceptance is of highest value. I hold myself and my clients accountable to show up and be fully present. And, although I learn so much from my clients, this journey is theirs; I assign no personal agenda to their work and growth.
Our purpose in life is to find happiness. Happiness is found when you can be your authentic self in all aspects of your life; when you define success for yourself and are making progress in achieving your goals; when you become more resilient in overcoming obstacles and mental blocks; and when you have more fulfilling relationships.
In order to achieve results, I believe it all begins with your mindset. Mindsets include goals, beliefs, and emotions that might motivate you to achieve something. Your mindset leads to your behaviors. Positive behaviors support you to thrive both personally and professionally and enable you to inspire those around you. Positive mindsets lead to positive behaviors which lead to positive outcomes.
Even employers are resigning to the idea that we should “optimize for happiness” instead of optimizing for efficiency, or productivity, or hours worked. Happy employees perform. This is why I think it’s wildly important to focus on your success both personally and professionally.
